• Managed bids across GMP, Design Build & Lump Sum and has also been involved in Conceptual & Hard Bid

This candidate is an experienced Estimator who has been working in the construction industry for over six years. Having started their career in Mechanical Contracting, they joined a Top 20 ENR ranked Commercial General Contractor as an Estimator. During that time, they bid on large, complex projects in excess of $100m across Federal (AFB’s), Healthcare & Higher Education. Due to the size and nature of the bids, they would be responsible for one of the Trades. Although they enjoyed their time, they wanted the opportunity to run and manage their own bids so joined a premier, local General Contractor. During this time they oversaw three bids, a Hard Bid, GMP & Design Build, and on average around $4m in value. Unfortunately a number of newer hires were let go, including this candidate, therefore they are selectively looking for a new role.
