This candidate is an experienced Senior Project Manager who has been in the industry for over 19 years. He started his construction careers at one of Arizona’s leading Construction Companies, where he spent 13 years working on Federal projects. After that 13-year period, he was tempted away to one of their main competitors where he oversaw Federal, Correctional, Senior Living & Healthcare projects. After three successful years he wanted to explore a new perspective of the construction process so joined a Construction Management firm where he played Owners Rep for large Healthcare projects. While he enjoyed his time, he missed the cut and thrust of the General Contracting side, so joined a Local General Contractor to help develop their Federal footprint. Due to a downturn in volume, he was made redundant and is now looking for a company with a great culture and sold pipeline.
