• Is currently working for one of Phoenix’s leading Commercial Contractors • Has experience working on projects in the $1.3m to $64m range • Has both Multifamily & Assisted Living experience

• Has worked for a number of leading Regional Commercial Contractors • Has experience across both Project Management & Preconstruction with knowledge of bidding Design-Build, CM at Risk, CM Advisor, Best Value and Design-Bid-Build • Has project managed & estimated across Education (Higher & K-12), Corporate Offices, Data Centers, Municipal, Automotive, Retail, Hospitality & Multifamily

• Has spent the last 6 years at a top 20 ENR ranked Commercial Contractor • Has experience working on projects in the $10m to $65m range • Has experience across various sectors including Healthcare, Aviation, Municipal & K-12
