This candidate is a client-oriented, results-driven Senior Project Manager with over 20 years of delivering successful projects using Design-Build, CM at Risk, CM Advisor, Best Value and Design-Bid-Build delivery methods. He has extensive experienced in project management, preconstruction services including estimating, and scheduling of several multi-million-dollar construction projects at any given time.  He has covered various sectors such as Education (Higher & K-12), Corporate Offices, Data Centers, Municipal, Automotive, Retail, Hospitality & Multifamily. He has decided to look for a new role as his current employer went through a number of internal changes, including external leadership hires, after which his proposed promotion to Director of Preconstruction was paused indefinitely.
