This company is one of Houston most respected Commercial Construction companies. This company has been in business for over 40 years and specializes in Job Order Contracting (JOC) across K-12 and Municipal. Around 6 years ago, they started a new division to focus on CSP Bid work in the K-12 sector and have made excellent progress. They are now looking for an exceptional Estimator with a strong reputation in the K-12 space to take them to the next level!

Your new role

The Estimator will become a member of the preconstruction / estimating team who are responsible for independently preparing sections of schematic, design development and construction document estimates including soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids, and scopes of work, preparing quantity survey’s, reviewing project plans and specifications for all CSI (Construction Specific Institute) categories of work.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Estimator will be degree educated with a Construction related degree and have prior experience working as an Estimator within the Commercial Sector. This company is growing therefore is looking for ambitious professionals who can join grow with them!
