This company is one of Texas’ most respected Commercial Construction companies. This company has been in business for over 40 years and specializes in Job Order Contracting (JOC) across K-12 and Municipal. Business is currently booming thus they are looking to add another Estimator to their team.

Your new role

The Estimator will become a member of the preconstruction / estimating team who are responsible for independently preparing sections of schematic, design development and construction document estimates including soliciting and evaluating subcontractor bids, and scopes of work, preparing quantity survey’s, reviewing project plans and specifications for all CSI (Construction Specific Institute) categories of work.

What you'll need to succeed

The successful Estimator will be degree educated with a Construction related degree and have prior experience working as an Estimator within the Commercial Sector. Ideally you will have knowledge / familiarity with RS Means pricing & unit price estimating. Experience with Electrical Estimating would be highly advantageous. Finally, this company is growing therefore is looking for ambitious professionals who can join grow with them!
